Shipping & Returns

It is important to us that our customers receive the correct items, in the correct size and within the speculated duration. To help us to avoid unnecessary returns, please measure your size before purchasing our items and read our returns policy . To return an item, please refer to the instructions below. To understand of our delivery schedule, please read our schedule below.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship Worldwide and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. To check the transit time to your country, please click on this link International Transit Times. Please take note of any international import tax/duties in the destination country that are to be borne by the buyer. SINGAPORE SHIPPING

Priority Shipping: 3-4 Working days excluding weekend and public holidays

 

Packing operating hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm). There will be no packing on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Delivery operating hours: Monday-Saturday (9am – 10pm). There will be no deliveries on Sunday and Public Holidays.

Unsuccessful deliveries: If all reasonable means made by our driver to deliver the item is unsuccessful, it will be deemed an unsuccessful delivery. Item will be returned to us after 2 delivery attempts.

RETURNS

You’re more than welcome to return your item unless the product is non-returnable (this applies to all underwear). Orders must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

 

STEP 1:

Pack all of the items back into the original packaging (Original Poly Mailer bag is not required) with all the original tags all in-tact.

 

STEP 2:

Email kimora@apeirawear.com with the following information:
– A photo of the item you wish to return with all the packaging and accessories it came with, including the see-through bag, the labels and tags.
– Your full shipping address, order number and full name
– Reason for the return (E.g. Wrong size, wrong colour, problem with fit…)

 

STEP 3:

Receive confirmation from us and deliver the item back to our warehouse for processing.

 

STEP 4:

Receive credits for the returned items that you can use for your next purchase.

 

All returned items should follow the returns policy and we do not refund the original shipping fees unless there has been an issue on our behalf.
